My hand brake light hasn't worked since i brought the cerbera (not to mention the handbrake itself), i had the instrument pcb out to test the circuit and all is well up to the multi plugs that plug into the pcb.

I've been testing the components on the PCB and tested the LED i have found that there is a green fuse, not sure of the value that doesn't bell out when tested for continuity.

Does anyone have a circuit drawing of the PCB in question so that i can find out the valves that need to be replaced or where i can get a complete working replacement

I had the same, my MIL light never worked, looked through the PCB and found a similar fuse, never really saw what it was protecting and from what so used the logic "if in doubt...leave it out" smile

I just soldered a link in, works fine now.

Rich.

yeah forgot to mention that i had checked the actual switch on the handbrake. its how i checked all the wiring up to the multi plugs,

But soldering in a link sounds good to me, its only a small fuse any way. need to replace the LED now as i put 12v straight to it to test it, it worked but only for a second lol. i'll get my soldering iron out.

I believe it called a 'pico' fuse IIRC it's rated at 500ma, like any fuse it's there for a reason smile
