Anyone know how to switch it off?

Annoyingly, if I'm parked up waiting for someone, listening to the radio, I have to have the ignition on for the radio to work. Ignition on, loud buzzer noise.

Would it be easier to silence the buzzer or wire the radio to a permanant live?

Hi mate, If it is the same as the indicator buzzer you take the top off the dash there are 2 maybe 3 butterfly nuts that hold it in place you will find them no problem when you are lying in the foot well looking up after you get the dash top off just at the back of the dials you will see a circuit board with a small adjustable potentiometer (middle top). Adjust it.

Somebody posted some photos of this last year. I've had a quick look but can't see them?

Anyone?

Surely you just turn the car off, wait for the immobilizer to kick in, then hit the ignition button. Buzzer doesn't come on until you plip the alarm remote then.
