Does anyone know if Cerberas are fitted with the above as factory standard? One of the insurance quotes I have had requires this.

Without knowing which alarm is fitted it's impossible to say.

But, assuming it is still the Meta alarm that they were using a few years ago - then Yes it is Category 1.

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help? i know the cerb`s are fitted with cat 1 alarm/mob`s. But my insurance company want to see proof of installation, and i dont seem to have the paper work??

When I bought my car the previous owner had got a letter from the dealer saying that the alarm was Cat1.

You could maybe ask your local dealer for the same.

Phoned the Hawthorns TVR dealer where the car was bought by the previos owner, very helpfull and faxed through a note from TVR blackpool. Result!
