Tuning and mapping specialists in N.E England

Hi There
Does anyone on here know of or have used a tuning specialist somewhere around Co.Durham.I know there are several in Yorkshire,but was after somewhere that wasn't a 3 hour drive away.I have a 4.2,any info would be greatly received.

In the time I've had the Cerb found nothing up our way for mapping / rolling road etc, and in all honesty unless they came with a proven Cerb track record I would be careful who you use.
The car has been to Chesterfield / Sheffield a couple of times now and I'm quite happy to get the train being a few minutes from a main station.

Hi Andrew - hope you are still enjoying the car.

Have a word with Tony @ HHC and Steve @ SSCC to see what they can and can't do tuning wise for the AJP....if you want a full monty tune/rolling road job then IMHO the best place is Raceproved...Joo the magician will wave his wand over it!

They are in Sheffield...a bit of a hike but not a million miles away.

No problems with the running at all,just want to make it the best i possibly can.The only problem i am having is the alarm,the visual indicator in the back window doesn't want to flash any more,any ideas?

Glad to hear the car is running well - I know what you mean about getting it checked over, I did have a loose plan to get the car to Joo as some point had I kept it.

Never had any problems with the alarm or visual indicator.

Perhaps its just the light itself/LED? Would be good to somehow just test the light itself by dropping a voltage across it? Not sure where the indicator cable runs to / from?...theres a unit behind the carpet in the helmet hole and several above the fuel tank in the boot...maybe its one of them that could be checked? Sure someone with more knowledge than me will be able to help!

Alternatively, you could reset the whole thing by disconnecting the battery?

Guess its a process of elimination...
