After Burner Lights

Hi all

I have been collecting all the necessary for the rear light conversion I'm about to start - the only missing offending items are the round reflectors.

Does anyone know the part number and, or what car/van/bus/tank/ship/submarine etc etc they are from?

I am a little confused by your thread. You are infact refering to two different light arrangements. Afterburners were the original offereings from a now defunct company called Zertec. The mantle was then taken on by a couple of others including Quad conversions.These are Afterburners......



They are an L.E.D ring with the associated tail,brake and indicator lights inserted in the middle of the l.e.d.

You mention about what lights do you need to finish your conversion i.e tank,bus,submarine etc. Then you are refering to the later TVR upgrade of the four light pod cluster that just used the standard MV(military vehicle)lenses that were standard fittment on all m.o.d vehicles.

Sorry maybe me being thick - I didn't mean the alternative style upgrades. I was trying (badly it seems) to refer to the quad style lights as fitted to the later cerbs, I have the pods ready to blend in.

I also have all the lights etc that come from the land rover military, but wasn't sure about the reflector as I can't seem to find anything in any searches that refers to a part number for this.

Any help gratefully received.

Do you know which company manufacture(d/s) the Afterburners that were fitted on your Cerb ?

Can I ask where you sourced the rear pods, looked into this a while ago and appeared that for the later cars most had the quad lights as an integrated part of the body, i.e. couldn't get them from a scrappy etc - did see a fibreglass set up on ebay a while back which a company was making from a mould so made up to convert earlier cars, only saw them once however and they were quite strong money.

Sure, I got them from SP Automotive - all in including postage was £78.

If anyone does know the rear reflector part number please help as I'm still as to what they are from.

Dont they stick on ? Arent they just a Hella 60mm standard round reflector?
Or try calling Racing Green. they list:-

I would think the Chimp late model lights are the same as the cerbs?!

Bloody hell, I must have done about a 1000 tinternet searches for Cerbera rear ligts, and there it is in the chim section from Racing Green, part ordered.

Aren't the rear lights Mk3 fiestat ones? In which case ebay sell various version for £40 upwards

Those are a delightful example of the Mk4 / 5 Fiesta lights!
The cerb lights are Mk3 and so those wont fit. Hopefully this will encourage originality!
