Water rails and inlet manifold 4.2

I have a list of a few jobs to do on my Cerb which seems to be growing with every bolt i undo.

Originally started with an oil seal on the gearbox but have the exhaust manifolds of for repair and a clutch master cylinder.

While i have the water rails off i wondered if there was an upgrade for these and while i have it in bits i was looking at removing the inlet manifold and fuel rail for respraying, can anyone give and advice on the removal of the mainfold and about the water pipes.

Also if anyone knows of the best way to remove the output oil seal on the gearbox that would be great.

I fitted the ACT Stainless manifolds when mine were rusty and pitted.

Unfortunately my budget wont stretch that far at the mo so making do with a reweld and possible a heat wrap.

I used a set of these to remove the oil seal from an Audi A6 gearbox and they worked a treat.

I'm not sure if the Cerb set up is the same but if it is then these cheap tools are the job (getting as far as it might involve quiet a bit of ripping I'd imagine).

Oh and I'm not sure if Aldi in the UK run the same specials at the same time as they do in Ireland but any half-decent tool shop should have something similar.
