A thing of beauty...

As a rather cautious petrolhead I’ve been slowly easing my way in to the weird and wonderful world of tvr ownership. Many thanks to you all for posting so much invaluable information on here, I’ve been feasting my eyes soaking up as much as possible.
Lusting after a cerbera for ages I did the sensible thing and waited, driving all sorts of cars while I was growing older and wiser (not!).
But I’ve finally realized it’s just one of those things you can never truly prepare yourself for and decided I should go for it while I can.
And now (after quite a search) I’m over the moon with the perfect companion for My Chim and the old M-series.
I wanted the best I could get, I wanted a keeper, as late as possible but with the original single headlight style, I wanted a real enthusiasts car not one from some short-term owner who was just after the pub bragging rights, a truly cherished one to cherish myself.
I really do have to thank Caduceus for putting so much skill, effort, time, blood, sweat and tears into her; it really shows in the end result and, oh boy , it’s a real peach.
Speaking to him on the phone I think I realized that his car was really going to be the one, and it didn’t disappoint.
Driving off, for the first time as her new owner, with the weather against us, gently trough the afternoon rain, over the M25 with traffic building up, felt like a truly special occasion.
I know it must have been very hard to see her go, Ged, but for what it’s worth, you can rest assured I’ll take good care of her.

It was very hard letting her go, but I take comfort in the fact it couldn't have gone to a better new owner and home. I know you'll give her the attention she deserves.
