cerbera/chimera HID headlight kits

hi does anyone have any experience or recomendations for HID headlight kits to fit a cerbera with standard headlights cheers phil

They come with a relay so will take the pressure of the existing TVR wiring. A lot longer to install compared to the plug and play kits, but worth the peace of mind. I would go with 4300k next time round though, I've always used 4300 before and thought I'd go 5000 and they look a bit too crisp for reflectors.

Although, I don't think its related to the kit, but I am having trouble disabling the dim/dip - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

When first installed my headlamps were aimed really high (which I didn't notice with the previous candles! But I've just adjusted my the beam so will take it out tonight and let you know if theres any scatter, but so far the cut off looks good and sharp.

I have much the same kit on mine just the 55W version, uses a feed directly from the battery to power the lights so it only uses the original wiring to control the relays, this give a true 12V to the ballasts.

No problem with the dim dip wire as STR*SIX fitted mine.

Huge difference, I can now drive with confidence at night.

You cant even see the chicane on the Mulsanne Straight in bright sunshine, like fark I'd get in a car with you at night, HIDs or not!
