Gearbox & Diff Oil Recommendations

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but iv'e tried the search with no results so, what oils do you guys recommend for a 98 4.2 gearbox & diff.

Diff is Castrol SAF-XJ 75W-140NT around 1.6 L for a fill. Not sure about the G box.

The owners handbook say's regular ATF @1.4 liters

This stuff was recently reccommended to me by Readman Racing, authorised BTR guys. They say thats the only one reccommended for the BTR diff but I was recommended the Castrol one by Opie last year.
I'd say they both would be ok but I'd prefer the Morris one.
