Do you mean that you are replacing the dining room with a garage?
My good lady allowed me to build a double garage in the space outside the house...(we already have one attached to the house)we had the walls plastered and whilst I was on the pop at Silverstone classic last year with my besso mate she spent the weekend painting the walls white .
..then she spotted a load of wall and base units units and drawers with aluminium fronts in IKEA that she thought would be ideal in ikea .
..secured them for me..and help me fit em!

Managed to persuade SWMBO that we really needed a house extension - selling point to her was to double the size of the kitchen and create a "living" kitchen / dining / entertaining area. Critical success factor for me was to create double / triple (sadly tandem due to space restrictions) garage come workshop. Extension nearly completed (oh for being able to live in a house without dust..... it's a building site).....
However, due to said width restrictions might just be able to drive the Cerb in, but sure as hell couldn't open the door!!! Ah well - garage become motorbike den, Cerb gets rented garage all of it's own just round the corner, tucked up inside it's cover and plugged into the optimate!
