Sorry, only just spotted this. OK, never tried this one but looking at my idiots guide, it's a logical job but requires a tool to hold the cam sprocket and belt which is fixed to the end of the engine to allow it to be slid off once the tensioner is loosened so that the cam can be removed. Then you need to release caps & unbolt. Email me offline for more info.
BTW you now have a number of owners cringeing at the potential results if this doen't work. I defer to the previous posters comment.
