throtle bodys

just curious realy as you here of people putting 4.2 throtle bodys on a 4.5 ,has anyone put 4.5 bodys on a 4.2 and what was/is the effects of this

I have spoken to Raceproved re doing it to mine but only if we can mid them accordingly (to 45mm?).
