Ice warning sensor and horns plus rubbish
Discussion
Was replacing my ice warning sensor today and thought i would give people a photo of its location. For the people who don't know, i asked on here and you very helpful people told me, but sometimes a photo can be really helpful.
Any way between the two horns wrapped in electrical tape. I removed the sensor and tested it not very scientifically multimeter and blowing on it and the old one worked and was the same as the new, so going to have a look else where.
Whilst i was there i saw the state of the horn brackets, so me being me, took them out, one was stuck good and proper rusted, and rounded the hex head of the Allen bolt so broke out the dremel, have made two not great but will work stainless steel brackets from an off cut i had.
Old and new, blue is new, i put some heat shrink around the new as thats how the old one come out.

Sensors location between the horn, couldn't believe the amount of crap inside the nose

and replacement brackets, just need to drill holes, and have a look in my stainless steel bolt collection
