Speedo out of calibration in the winter only????

Hi I have a TVR Cerbera with Electronic Speedo and digital mileage display. It has the following problem.
In the winter when i turn the car on, it never reads 0mph reads more like 20mph or 30mph this is when i turn on the ignition on, this then takes the speedo out of calibration i.e i'm doing 30mph but the speedo states 50 to 60 mph, but as the days get warmer the speedo tends to reset itself and goes back into calibration (so in the summer when the ignition is switched on the speedo sets to zero), does anyone know what the fix is???
