What on earth?
Discussion
Any fun & games with the rev counter or speedo? If so suspect the big fuse (back of the alternator in the line to the battery)
Otherwise, could be:
Combination of window mechanism motor & channels needing lubrication or the connector in the door doing its common dodgy connector game
and
the wiper motor (from the original Mini) tends to get water in the bearings, making them stick and get slower & slower. It is fairly easy to dismantle, clean, grease & reassemble.

No they all seem fine. When you mention the wiper motor, do you mean the motor or the gearbox? If so how do I get the motor out?
Thanks
David

It's a PITA. You'll probably have to remove the expansion tank and bracket, then you can get at the motor.
