How do you remove the door cards from a Cerbera please?

What I want to do is to remove the door cards so that I can re-trim the tweed.

Please tell me its not an arm down the speaker hole like on the Chimaera!...

Many thanks
Alex

You take the door trim off by removing the eight or so allen keys from around the door. Theres about 4 underneath, 2 or 3 above the hinge and 2 or 3 near the door catch end. Watch the connectors when you remove the trim.

About 7 or 8 allen screws round the door.

3 on bottom, 2 in by hinge part, 2 or 3 near lock mechanism.

After that it will just fall off. There are screws on the back of the door trim to get all the other pieces of trim separated.

damn!!! beaten to it

Dont forget, maybe a picture by picture guide when you do it? Might be helpful to others wanting to go for it in the future?

When you put the trim panel back on the door, make sure that both connectors are clean, and free from corrosion.

This one gave me problems with the interia light not going off and the window not dropping on opening. Works in conjuction with the proximaty switch at the bottom of the door.

This one is the main one. Door wouldn't open up. This will need diconnecting when removing the trim fully.
