indicator stalk has fallen off!

Hello, another little problem to fix!

my indicator stalk appears to have fallen off! i can reach up under the binacle and can hold it in in place and it works ( i thought the handle might of sheared off)

anyhow, there is is a also a bolt and spring in the footwell! so im guessing that this somehow goes through base of the stalk and holds it in place?

anyone done this? or have pics!
