hello everyone
Can anybody tell me the cheapest place to get insurance for the under 25's on Cerbera.
Any information would be gratefully received
thanks
Well Im a little older than you at 37 but for me the cheapest have been A Manning (have to join the TVR owners club) and Privelige. I pay around 650 fully comp, but at under 25 I wish you luck!.
Ocean1
I use Peart for this years insurance.
Im 25 and have a 4.2 cerbie. Found tesco cheapest by miles, as other specialist insurers want you to have driven the car for over a year.
Similar age/car to Ocean1 and I pay £519 with Direct Line. (Garaged, full no-claims, limited to 10,000 miles and maximum (£450) excess).
If you do a search for 'insurance' under the cerbera or TVR sections, there are a few other companies to look at. Also, if you can get a copy of Sprint mag; they'll have a few adverts in.
I know, its ridiculous, but at my age no one wants to touch it. the tvr dealer referred me to a broker who couldnt do less than 4500!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm 25 and I got a quote for a 4.2/4.5 Cerbera (didn't seem to make any difference) from Direct Line (internet) for £750, fully comp, kept on the road up to 10k miles. 5 years NCB and a clean license *touches wood* helps though.
Cheers
Duke
where do you live though? I am in London - apparently crime capital of the world.
moneysupermaket.com put in your details they search 50 insurers for you. Direct Line and tesco's seem to be generally pretty cheap.
