where is there a earthing point in the boot

At the top by the petrol tank on the bulkead. It's a 'dummy' earth and has another earth lead leading down to a 'proper' earthing point behind the tank.

what does it look like.is in where all the black boxes are

Yes up by the black boxes nr the centre,It is simply a bolt with black wires running to it,not to hard to miss.If you mount amp on right hand side of boot put it just below fuse box,fits in there nice.If mine comes back this weeki will take some piccys to show you how it was done from new.

From memory it is just right of centre and has a whole heap of earth cables going to it, easily found behind the black boxes on top of the tank.
