Another question

Did many of the early cars come with aircon? I dont think i could do a car now without it.
Are problems with the system common on these cars?

I need to factor this into my purchase! :0

AFAIK all Cebs have Aircon, although it's not a brilliant system the central driver's binacle is a godsend when hooning in 30+ degs.

Thats my thoughts, I dont think i could live with a car without these days.
There is a silver one for sale at the minute and the owner says it doesnt have aircon???

It's not uncommon not to have A/C, it was an option, not standard equipment. Leather was also an option.

from the pics it shows all the dials for the a/c control, left of steering wheel, but as i said earlier don't expect the vents to chuck ice cubes at you, even after a regas the cockpit does get warm in 30+deg heat.

that said it looks decent enough, just do and drive a few, and see which ones feel right. most ones on here are known by us 'oldies' so don't be afraid to ask.

if you get down to sunny devon anytime you can have a go in mine, and see how slow the poxy little old 4.2 realy is although it does happen to be in the fastest colour so that may cloud your judgement...a tad

Maybe the seller actually wanted to say that it does have AC, but it is not working... which is not uncommon also on a Cerb.
