Wanted:- Engine bay cover/cowl/F1 panel.

Looking for one of these covers for a V8 guys....anyone got one lying about???

Don't want to be teaching my Granny to suck eggs but You do know that 4.2 covers are vastly different from 4.5 ones, don't you ?

They are exactly the same Mike. What you want is the original type, not the latter one thats sits far higher up in the engine bay. Pre 2001 ??

Ooops, sorry (again).

Only ever seen 4.2s with the swoopy cover and mine [a Sept '01] (and several other 4.5s) have the flat one with the TVR name formed in it.
This is (I guess) another feature of the Series II

No Lester......that's a scuttle panel. It's the panel between the the front of the engine & the radiator I'm after.
