Did I buy the wrong thermostat

Hi Chaps,

Car has been running a bit cool lately and slow to get to temp - I think my stat is stuck open. As such, I thought I'd buy a new one and fit it. I thought I ordered this;

but got sent this;

Do I have to return this, or can I fit this one inside the body that I already have? I've never changed a stat before, I was all setup to change the entire unit, but then this arrived and well, it's cheaper

Wrong one sent, you need the sealed unit one in first picture.

Original thermos fitted at factory opened at 84 deg

Thought as much, no idea why I got sent this one. In fairness to the 'guvnor I did order late on thurs before the bank holidays

I'll give 'em a buzz in the morn.
