This has to be a once in a life time opportunity to buy what has to be one of the most iconic Ferrari's ever. A PH group buy has to be a sensible option on what has to be a gold plated investment. I will be happy to volunteer myself as the dedicated driver for such events as the FOS and the Goodwood Revival.cloud9

Can anyone give me a guess as to how much this will be worth?

PS It also comes with the spyder bodywork as well

Lovely machine. I would have thought value's going to be very hard to estimate with there being so few of them. A lot!

That's not going to be cheap. That's my input to the thread.

how many of us are on PH, id be willing to part with a tenner to have a stake in that, must be in the £10million region? might be wrong though.

It failed to sell at auction for $10m last year, so will be interesting to hear what it goes for this time smile

I new it was for sale with RM a year or so ago, did not realise it did not sell. Talacrest have been very successfull in selling classic Ferrari's over the years so I suspect it wont be around for long

Does this mean it didn't meet a $10m reserve or there were no bids?

It's an interesting one. I personally find this more interesting than the 250 GTO's that are supposedly fetching £10m+ but who knows....

Yep, bidding went to a smidge under $10m and the reserve wasn’t met.

When or if it sells, the price will be an interesting indicator of the state of the market

I find this vastly more desirable than the Testa Rossa which broke records at Monterey earlier in the year. I thought it'd set the world alight when it went to auction but apparently not. Achingly beautiful machine and eligible for all the big events.

My ultimate dream garage would consist of:

Nothing else comes close to Ferrari sports and GT cars. Just something very special about them - even facsimilies from Penske...

If that's sarcasm, then I'm happy to wear the woosh parrot, but otherwise, that is a staggeringly ignorant statement.

That is utterly fantastic. Erm, what is it? (as in model). Guessing at P45?
