Just been to Gaydon's Heritage Motor Centre for the Rally Day and saw this Ferrari 348GTS in the car park. As you can see, it has PistonHead's stickers on it which obviously suggests that the owner is a member to the site. Anyone know who it is?

Unnecessary.

It also doesn't necessarily mean that the owner is on here, maybe a previous owner was.

I think you would probably get a better reply in the Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini section.... Looks to be a fine example though!! smile

I remember the glorious sounds it made when the owner brought the car along to a local tunnel run a few years ago

I think that is Greensleeves (Dave), especially if it was somewhere to do with rallying as he does a lot of it (inc RAC).

Actually, it is a little known fact that Giallo Fly is the best colour for 348s, not that I'm biased wink

What alloys are on the car? I think they improve the already good looks.

They don't look standard.

It was a tunnel run meet at about 06.30 on a Sunday morning. The car park wasn't that full.

They're magnesium alloy aren't they. Stig put them on my old yellow Spider. I understand they are a lot lighter, but not to my taste. Now the Speedline Competiziones! smile
