Indicator issues on 360

I've lost the indicators on my car this morning, I believe the relay is shared with the hazard lights so I've checked the relay in another car and all seems fine so not quite sure where to go next. Cant find any fuse reference in the owners manual so I'm really scratching my head.
Maybe related that the fuel filler flap is no longer working either.

Any ideas people.
