YJ11 ALU Anyone know the above car, possibly living a life in Scotland at some time

Any info appreciated as Service and ownership history is a bit murky and I don't fancy a wasted 400 mile trip

I'd want to buy from the Ferrari network so it'd come with 2 year warranty, ok it's got 14 months but 2 years is better.
What does it mean its been registered at two dealers and 2 private owners? Is it showing 4 owners on the log book?
I assume there are plenty out there to choose from why compromise!

You have got a good memory - I think I can remember seeing that but wasn't in the market at the time.
Did you look at the car ?

Looks really nice - is it 'young' enough to have the 7 years maintenance plan? Some '11 plate cars do, IIRC it came in around May 11.

No its a March 2011 registered car with the warranty being registered in December 2010 ?
Yes the car looks great in the photos but the more I investigate the more the paper trail reveals.
Obviously not going to disclose in a public arena as that would be unfair

Was going to have a look, then it sold and appeared at Rybrook.

Its been at Rybrook since June, but there maybe a reason for that if you research it properly

According to Ferrari UK yes but not registered as cat D. Don't want to say anymore in public

There is usually a good reason why a car seems cheap

I think the op is now known as Rambo Lambo. Do a search, if anyone will advise it’s RL. Ask him about his 650(-:

Rambo? God help you! He will tell you how crap the car is as it hasn't got a carbon fibre tub.

Great advice as usual here though.

You might be shocked but never underestimate the Rambo.
My expertise is not confined to just McLaren

458 is not a bad car but this example might not be the best.
I did consider looking at it until I unearthed it's chequered history.

Happy to continue handing out free advice when the abuse stops
