Thinking about how best to deal with a few small paint chips on a Ferrari 458 bonnet
Car with HR Owen for a service currently and they said they could touch them in but I am sure there are detailers out there (London Area)who could do a better job, then polish the repair in so its harldy noticeable. HR Owen say they dont do it that way, nor do Topaz their detailer.
Any suggestions?
Car is too new and chips too small to justify a panel respray

I'm in the same situation at the moment. About to have a clear wrap fitted on front. The guy doing it is a detailer. He will touch up the chips with some paint then polish and wrap. He reckons will only be visible to those that know they are there. If it's not worth a respray just get it touched up.
you could do it yourself as well if you take your time, the key is to get the paint into the chip and then put the lacquer on top. Its all about building up that lacquer layer!
