Vibration through throttle under acceleration - F430
Discussion
Hi guys, wonder if anyone else has the following?
On my F430 Spider (tubi-equipped) I have recently noticed after 500 or so miles that when I accelerate hard, I feel an annoying vibration/buzzing through the throttle in my right foot, its almost like a mobile phone buzzing!
Has anyone else experienced similar before I take it to be looked at? It could be related to the Tubi exhaust, but I am of course unsure.
Any help greatly appreciated!

The F430 throttle pedal is electronic "fly by wire" so there's no mechanical connection to vibrations in the engine bay. Have you checked if the throttle pedal mounting screws are loose? There's not much to go wrong down there - the pedal is hinged at the base and there's a rod that connects the upper part of the pedal to the potentiometer.
Providing that nothing has worked its way loose, it might be worth getting a (brave) assistant to have a feel around for the source of the vibration whilst you floor it.
If you'd like the car scanned for errors and can get it to SE3 this weekend I'd be happy to put it on my diagnostic machine for you.
