Nearly got whiplash when I pulled up at a traffic lights on Finchley Road today and saw this in the window of a very small car showroom. Had a red F12 hidden away behind it.....I know what I would have had in the window!

If you'd seen the F12 in the window you wouldn't be posting a picture, linking to their site and talking about it. Savvy marketing I'd say wink

I don't get it. Is it a really terrible blue wrap of a red car?

Peter Parker obviously wanted to personalise his Maserati.

Each to his own, I own a similar car so it would be rude for me to comment negatively on this.

I did a double take on that a couple of days ago while walking back from the cinema.

It doesn't look bad but the Maserati is too elegant for that treatment ideally.

Anyway, I always thought that unit was just another money laundering unit for the Kosovans like most of the kitchen and furniture units in that stretch.

This forum does make me laugh at times, you can't post negative comments about a garage or service but you can openly accuse someone of money laundering smile

Not an accusation, merely the working assumption that the blokes in black leather jackets who run some strange businesses on the Finchley Road that never have customers are running laundrettes. wink

Also seems a very odd place to display cars more at home in Knightsbridge.

There is probably some logic behind it but it certainly won't be conventional business logic.

Not having a go at you but as said I cant say "xyz ferrari gave me a crap service and over charged me" on Pistonheads but apparently I can say on here xyz ferrari appear to be a money laundering set up by the kosavans .....

It is a VERY weird place to be selling high end cars from....without a doubt. First thing I thought was "who is going to buy an F12 from them"....it's also hard to imagine them being the best bid for a car like the F12 either.

Interesting that the listing on their website include neither year or mileage....two fairly crucial pieces of info when selling cars!

It looks ok on an orange Lambo but not on a Red Maser, I'd imagine the poor car is quite embarrassed

It is odd, as I've found out recently when a true story written by someone on piston heads was deleted for the world not to see.

I guess leaving the lines in it makes the wrap way easier to do :-)
