Having just splashed out on a private registration number from the DVLA I'm wondering where to have the plates made up. They'll be going on an F430 so is there any point using a Ferrari dealer for this or are there better options?

I also understand you can have the "GB" moniker added to the plate so you don't need a "GB" sticker when driving abroad. Is that true?

Fancyplates.com and ryes you can have the blue GB/ euro added avoiding the need for a GB sticker

I got mine from here: http://www.demonplates.com

They were reasonably cheap and I think you can add a Ferrari symbol as well if you like wink

Please don't put a Ferrari symbol on the plate.

Halfords because their plates are neat as the legalese nonsense at the bottom is faint.

Please do not spoil a good car by putting chav plates on it.

Thanks for all the excellent suggestions!

Halfords seems straight forward enough but, if by law, have to have a registered supplier logo on the plate I'd rather it was a Ferrari dealer than "Halfords". Or is that being too snooty?

It isn't, so you don't and yes, it is.

Just call around the Ferrari dealers - Marenello Egham did me a set for my Maserati GTS for £29 all in - Cheaper than Halfrauds!
