Independent qualified valuer needed

Given the way car prices are going I find I am effectively under-insured on my agreed value insurance policy. I can increase the agreed value but I need an independent qualified valuer to give a written valuation attesting such.
Anybody on here used a valuer for their vehicle/s or know of one, preferably in London/Essex?
