Thoughts on car storage, detailing etc in south warwickshire

A client of mine has suggested the idea of starting a car storage business for predominately high end cars, that will also offer servicing at somewhere like mcgurk performance cars, wheel refurbs, paintwork, vehicle management and of course on site detailing. The unit would be a very high standard, not your usual barn at a farm kind of thing. Very secure, discreet and offer 24/7 access to the cars.

Who thinks this would be a good idea? I would of course still travel to do the detailing, but it would be good to have a base of operations if needed.

Great idea but there are a few big costs to consider in order to do it properly you'll want lifts so you maximise the space.

The place we had in mind worked out a bit small to make it worth doing, but has since found somewhere that will allow 40+ cars and not crammed in like sardines. It would had separate office, detailing areas and then all the things that will be the usp in our business plan. Lots of security is a top priority too.
