Ferrari PH meet?
Discussion
There are quite a few Ferrari owners on PH. From what I've seen I think there are at least 6-10 Ferrari owners who are quite active on here.
I have been to a few meets and this Sunday we had a meet involving some really nice machinery. We had an Ultima (race track fugitive), Porsche 911RS, TVR Chimaera, TVR Tuscan Roadlegal racecar, 355 Spider, 360 Modena. Had a good blast (although with 6 cars traffic can sometimes be an arse) and met some great people, really good to put faces to the names.
Don't know when everyone will meet again, I think sometime soon there should be a meeting in or around somewhere in Berkshire. Hopefully before the Sun goes into hiding.

I'm usually up for these, as is Ninja. One thing that works against us is that we're a bit spread out- for example Nev Pugh is up near Nottingham, so whichever location you choose is going to inconvenience someone.
Several 'rari owners will be at Donnington next weekend, and a couple of weeks later there is the Very Fast Show which will have over 100 'rari's on display, also at Donnington; may go to that but the missus is beginning to notice that I'm doing car stuff most weekends now....
Worth doing a few FOC events like the Spring Ball, Concours & track days, since apart from the social side you see some vintage and exotic Ferrari.
My personal preference is to have a range of makes get together, and this is one of the real strengths of this forum. For example, yesterday, and last weekend near Burford. Much more interesting and some of these cars are a revelation.
Since no-one else has had a chance yet, I'll say it:
1) Post some pictures dude!
2) Have you got a Tubi on that 360 yet?

I'm definitely up for a general PH meet, ie Ferraris, Porsches, Ultimas???? and Tivs etc.
I know of a few Ferrari and Porsche PHers on this board who are interested in swapping passenger rides etc for scientific comparison.
I've picked up there seems to be an active Wycombe, Marlow & Berkshire "Massive", I'm fine with travelling from the southwest to that area and it gives the London boys chance to warm there engines up.
If anyone wants a Ferrari only event have a look at FOC website as already suggested. I went to the PCGB (Porsche Club GB) weekend at Branham Park (Up north 480 mile round trip) and there were Porsches from all eras.
cheers, one day I'll be able to put faces to aliases.
