Selling via main dealers
Discussion
Hi guys, I'm after some advice. I'm in the process of selling my pride and joy (599) as much as it pains me, but I've found the main dealer shocking to work with. Crap ads, no detail, missing key info, advertised at wrong year etc, and took 2 weeks to get it online from having the car. They don't charge small fees so is this the best route or should I bite the bullet and do it my self / look at any other avenues to explore? Any advice appreciated
So much depends on how much time or energy you want to spend on it.
SOR is financially attractive but in my opinion will always be second priority at a main dealer to selling a deal on a new car or dealer stock car. I personally would take a lower cash deal just to be able to move on with certainty, because I am lazy and don't want to sell a car myself.
others will have a different view and no doubt better experiences
Some good independents will pay cash and be fair providing expectations are realistic. Have you called Romans international for example ?
If you want to sell this year then you probably need to move it this month.
