now that Sterling continues to drop against the Euro? At what point will UK prices rise and how much notice will buyers with deposits be given?

There was an article in the paper suggesting white goods would begin to increase in the new year - I imagine for cars it will be similar - for the first few months there are hedges etc in place - if my experience with BMW is anything to go by buyers with deposits will not be told anything - orders are on the basis of list price at the time of delivery - often that is internally applied to cars built after a certain date and it can be very hard to get any accurate information

I'd assume this would bolster the used car market for high end cars at least?

Or encourage buyers to look more favourably at UK produced cars such as Aston Martin / McLaren

I was wondering whether it would be worth sticking my LHD Ferrari in a European auction and taking payment in euros.

I avoided putting my LHD Maserati in the European auctions more to do with the general instability in the market at the moment than exchange rate. Unless the car is something exceptionally desirable, or you are desperate to sell, I'd be putting it on the European classified to see if the exchange rate boost helps to mask the general softening of values.

Good advice, i'll mull it over and let you know if I have any success.
