Recommend me a supercar specialist
Discussion
Currently have a car in at an independent specialist for clutch and engine out service along with a few miscellaneous faults to be fixed but not feeling that it's going to be a repeat business with them therefore I am looking for a specialist that I can trust to be my main ""go-to" place to get things fixed and serviced etc.
My car is going to be needing lots of money spent over the next decade whilst it's in my ownership.
Whilst I think the specialist mechanic where my car currently is in is a decently experienced car nut guy- I just don't think the business overall is inspiring.
I am based in London and Cambridge.
Car is a Murci.
Recommend me a supercar specialist and why.
If any of you know an Ed China type that works for free - that would be even better.

I second that too.
Mike Pullen at Carrera Sport. He serviced my Diablo for nearly ten years. Completely trustworthy and very well known in the trade.
I haven't been in touch with him for a couple of years because I sold the car but I assumed he was still in business?
work number was 01444 455100

PM the guy with the 250,000 mile Murci on here.
May be wrong, and don't want to put words in his mouth, of course, but fairly certain he uses BHP Bucks near Aylesbury (and possibly some others).

Thanks for the suggestions. Had googled prior to writing this thread but was curious if there were owners preferred one specialist over another etc.
My Murci has been in for 4 months coming up to 5 months now and yet still not sure if its been serviced or clutched yet.
I know Full major engine out and clutch install is not a quick job however not sure why things are taking this long. There was a few faults that I can appreciate took several weeks to try and diagnose as my problem-child lambo decided its going to behave its self whilst they were trying to fault find.

Yes i have been several times to talk in person with the specialist who does give you confidence in knowing his stuff and is a car nut and have no doubt that he will do a good job.
There is a fair amount involved and was expecting a month or a tad more for the whole works to be done originally (ordering parts from Italy, labour and fettling along with discoveries of other things that get found needing to be addressed etc) but it has taken much longer.
I can only assume that its down to being overbooked or understaffed or both.

I have been to most of the garages mentioned above during my 22 years of V12 and V10 Lambo ownership and for routine services I still go to the MD however for anything else that is not straightforward my 670 only goes to Jason at F1 Performance. This guy is absolutely superb and gets me vote though I realise he may not be well known on this forum. I am glad that I have found him.
