Yes, Pristine can refurb magnesium alloys properly, try them.

If you need more than just a refurb, e.g. straightening/welding, that is more specialist. PM me for details of somebody who can do it properly.

Woppsy baby, they gotta use special primer, chromo something or other, very important process or it will all flake off.

Pretty sure Lepsons do them, the only people I would entrust with a valuable wheel
