I'm looking to put all my insurance policies under one decent firm to avoid getting bogged down with separate renewals, paperwork, etc.

Are Hiscox's, Zurich, Chubb still the insurers of choice?

Depends on what you have got to insure.
All the above are good but a decent specialist broker should be able to take a lot of the hassle away.

The current fleet consists of: R8 V8, R35 GTR, A45AMG and a Mini GP.

Chubb offers a good product - at a price. If you insure your home(s) with them it improves the value and at one stage you had to do this to get access to the motor product. You get some decent extras as well.

I'd approach a broker who specialises in this line and get some quotes.

I think Insurancejon on here does it but I can also recommend Vizion.

+1 for going the broker route.
I'm with Nowell and Richards who arranged a Zurich group policy.
