Don't Ferrari take a very dim view of replicas?

They did shut down DNA who were doing some really nice California reps.

They also gave Tributes build agent a slap on the wrist if the rumor mill is correct.

The car on eBay is mine but I would certainly not call it a replica in the true sense of the word more of a look a like.

For that money, get a 60s Mini Cooper. It'd be closer to the original's intent in many more respects.

Apparently not. Either that or the Italians have a dislike for mid engined Toyotas.

This ^^^^ is DNA kit not a Tribute one.

They were indeed made to a very high standard and needed very little work before prep and paint.

They also made big ticket money once finished.

Well they were selling at 25k a pop on a z3 chassis!

And he did one with a z3m as well which was lovely! That was a coupe though

Fair dinkums chap,

I was just pointing out the fact that the ones you posted were not Tributes they were made by DNA who have since been shut down by Ferrari.

only thing missing is the heart and soul of it - i.e. the real V12 experience when you drive the thing, together with the suspension, steering, gearbox.

I looked at in many years ago, but I'm afraid its a nice dress only, rather than the whole super model you get.

Shame you need to add £10 million to get the full experience

good point, however you buy a far cheaper Ferrari with a V8 or V12 instead and still get some of the soul of it.
