Guys, thinking seriously of moving on up the ladder toward a 430, so a nice 360 is next on my shopping list.My cool number plate won't go on a 360 tho' (F 355 B, actually E3 SSB ;) see my proflie for the pic) Anyone got any idea of its value and whats involved to change plates?

Value is very subjective to somebody liking the style and the adaptations required to make the E look like a F

Did you buy it at standard price (399?) as i'd guess it's worth around 500. Personally i'm not a fan of numberplate trickery

IIRC it costs 80 to transfer

hope the police don't stop you as I don't think they'll be too happy with the corruption you've made to your plate....

Nice plate but asking for trouble I suspect.

Why not advertise it on the Ferrari Owners Club site?

On the issue of number plate 'manipulation'for want of a better description.
I have recently been seeing ever more brazen adaptations of the original plates.
I can honestly say that I have looked at some for a number of minutes without being able to decide what the actual vehicle registration could be.
Can't imagine how some old dear knocked over in the street would fair.I read somewhere that the Bib are not keen and are cracking down but from what I have seen its increasingly common.

Can't really post this without mentioning today, number plates seem so trivial. Didn't really wish to start a whole thread either just wanted to post my sincere sympathy for those whose lives have been shattered, ordinarily I would have been at liverpool street station today as would the missus, thankfully we weren't, the act of killing in such an indiscriminatory manner is beyond any justification.

I take a keen interest in global politics/history and appreciate the difficult and complex nature of the situation the world finds itself in today, of course there has,is and remain many instances of injustice and it is true that they have often been perpetuated by the 'powers that be' in order to further their self interest BUT there can be no truth, justice or right served in the murdering of people in the way we have seen today.

Fulham911 - is that you Mr G? If so, I trust you were unaffected by yesterday's events? BTW my bonnet badge now has a thoroughbred from Maranello on it rather than a stallion from Stuttgart ;-)

yes fine thanks got on a bus and a couple of hundred metres later had to get off as they'd closed roads from South Ken on. Still have the 911 but am ever drawn to a sensible quatroporte but don't think I'm old enough yet to have one!

Checked out the Quattroporte at Auto Italia recently - mighty fine looking car in dark colours IMHO, but you may look like a bit of a gangsta in one
