Looks nice, but no nicer than a normal Aventador. Will it actually sell for £1m more than an Aventador ?

No, it’s basically a rebodied Murcielago.

I don’t understand why people will pay so much for a rebodied car.
The new “Countach” is based on the Aventador.

That exact car has been for sale for years!

Originally for sale via Supervettura and now Joe Macari's.

Looks like an ugly version of an Aventador.. always thought when this first came out in 2007, wouldn’t you be really annoyed paying all that money for a ‘limited’ model and then a couple years later in 2011 the similar looking Avantador comes out at a much cheaper price??

It was in a way a road-legal concept car for the Aventador - based on the current Murcielago yes, but a sort of conceptual preview of the next V12 car. Same with the Sesto Elememto to the later Huracan, and the recent Sian to (I'm guessing) their upcoming hybrid V12 supercar.

Whether these are worth a million quid when you can pick up an Aventador for 1/5 the price is probably an irrelevance to the collectors that buy these..

Agree with you. Its kinda foolish act to pay a huge amount for a car that will come out after 4 years in a cheaper price.

Always loved these, not really sure why. Sat in one at Joe Maccari a few years ago, wonder if this is the same one
