Just seen (about 1705) a violet Diablo in Castle Street, Farnham heading towards Basingstoke.

Anyone on here?

When I was commuting from Brighton to Hook in 2001 I used to regularly pass a dark purple Diablo on the B roads around Dunsfold and Plaistow going the other way. That's not far from Farnham. Wonder if it was the same one?

A long shot, but a friend used to have a purple (Scuro blue) Diablo SV around that time......and he lived in Godalming (not too far from Farnham).

He had a fairly distinctive plate too R 14MBO (or
R14 MBO once the police took an interest).

The chairman of Lambo Owners club is I think a chap called Robin Fowler who I had a good chat with at Goodwood FOS this year.

He has iirc an SE30 which were done in this colour and lives in that part of the world.

Bobs your uncle?

His SE30 is not violet/purple - it's more a maroon colour. Not the best IMO to show off the lines. Still, the Sultan of Brunei did not always have good taste.

There is a chap down that way with a great collection of cars including a purple Diablo SE30.

His registration numbers all end in AOG (something to do with his aircraft company)

Did you get the registration?

IIRC he has the number plate LAM 130 which would be fairly distinctive.
