I agree completely with Craig's comments.
The Diablo is a strong ol' thing if it's been looked after and Carrera Sport has a good rep so it's likely to be a good car. £49K is on the money for such a tidy car. Find out when the clutch was done as this is likely to be your biggest bill. With that mileage it has either just been done or needs to be.
And, obvious as it sounds, make sure you can fit it in your garage! It's not just a strong ol' thing, it's a big ol' thing!
