Silly question, difference between 360M and Spider

What are the differences between these two in use? (I know the tech specs etc)

Is straight line performance identical? Do they corner/handle the same or is there a big difference? Is the coupe for somebody who likes to drive hard while the spider is for poseurs?

I ask, because you get a higher residual on the spider and even though they tend to cost 10k more for same year/mileage, the payments work out the same per month more or less.
