Theres a couple of 6.0 owners on here who will be along with there opinions shortly no doubt.
Good - Yes. A real screaming "look at me" Supercar
Reliable - Better than the uneducated think. Can eat clutches if someone doesnt know how to drive one properly. Shock Absorbers are another weak point, but all in all very good. Mike Pullen at Carrera Sport in Haywards Heath is the man for servicing and repairs -plus he can do inspections
Quick - Fairly

The car is epic.
They are reliable, the big V12 is a brute. The weaknesses are front shocks (which can be refurbed and are problematic on Murcie's too). Front lifting system.. Don't use it. Clutches if not driven correct (£2300 from Mike Pullen, that's the full clutch change inc. flywheel). Front diffs can go, some owners opt to go 2wd
The detailing on the car is unbelievable, so much visible Carbon Fibre. The car feels and drives like a real Lamborghini. The Murcie is a great car, but imo - a bit too sanitised and a bit too audified.. That said I would have a Murcie alongside the 6ltr any day of the week
Quick - yep. 550bhp. True 200mph supercar.
The problem will be finding a good one. It took a year to get mine (with thanks to Dion@Elms). There are 16 UK RHD cars, all 3 owners of Orange cars are on this forum + 3 SE cars. What colour are you after?
thanks for the advice im currently looking at a scuro blue one due into the dealer next week the cars done 29k would this prove to be a problem in the long run?not too sure what to look for as in wear and tear, when i see it im going to be so excited that im going to miss things so need to go there with a strong head. Are thy relatively easy to live with because and i knoe how crazy this may sound but i will be using her 4 to 5 times a week.

Go for a murcie... IMO driving the 6ltr 4 or 5 times a week would kill the experience. I couldn't/wouldn't with mine. IMO 29k miles is too much to retain decent resale. Speak with Dion, he knows of a better car.

Does Mike Pullen also do similar Clutch deals on the Murci?
Yep, similar price to the Diablo but slightly dearer but not by much. Tell him Dion sent you - he's a top chap all round.
elms,
Do oy know how much Pullen charges to re-furbish shockers on the Murcie? ...I guess he will do rears as well as fronts?

If you are planning to put high mileage onto a car it is not a bad idea to buy one with a relatively high milage to start with, * BUT * make sure you get the car at the right price to start with because when it's time to sell you will get offered a lot less than you would hope to. Make sure you buy it cheap in the first place because you will have to sell it cheaply !!

I can see my car in there!!
...yep had a good look at it ....very nice and wider than the VT's???Thanks Tony, look forward to hopefully seeing yours in the flesh-looks like Mike has a lot on. The rears are 255/50/15's and fronts are 205/50/15. They are a total an utter nightmare to get hold of as no one seems to make them anymore. Even Michelin and Bridgestone couldn't help me (I went to them direct through work).
See Mike has his Lotus Cortina there...I hope he closes the windows from now on

Please don`t buy an orange one, they are becoming too common.
