Slow down light

Was out and about in the 360 yesterday,when on came the slow down light, needles to say i was abit confused, had not been pusing the car and only had driven 20 miles, took the car out of sport and this seemed to solve the problim ,so i thought. parked up for about 30 mins jumped back into the car, and after starting the slow down light came back on any body any idea,s.!!!!!

Slow down lights are linked to temp sensors for the CATS. It's a safety measure if the CATS get too hot it will shut the associated bank down.

Could just be a faulty sensor or worst case a knackered CAT. Pop into a dealer with an SD2 who'll check the fault log and do a couple of tests to confirm the exact problem.

Thanks i,m sure the cats are fine.this prob has only started since i changed the exhaust.I put a remus system on,and the light only came on when in sport mode
