3200GT Rear Lights - Flickering

Had my 3200GT approx 2 weeks and the light bulb warning indicator came on on the dash.
It seems a small section of my rear left light is on the blink. Doesn't seem to have completely failed and it's not the whole unit. Approx 1 inch wide of the LED's are flickering.
Wiring prob? Any Tips?
