Guys,

Just a note with some positive feedback for my local Maserati dealer (Lancasters Colchester).

I had the Maser serviced there last week. the car had the big service (£1,295), pls it needed new front brake pads. I had them look at a few things (faulty handbrake, aircon leak in passenger footwell, rear parking sensor intermittent fault) - all were fixed.

They picked the car up from my house (12 miles away), loaned me an Audi A4, and returned the car looking magnificent after a full Valet.

Excellent service, and special mention about Glen on the service desk, who was very co-operative.

Happy to recommend them based on that experience.

Cheers byebye

Was it the first time you have used them? I have been with them for over 5 years now and still haven't got a bad word to say about them! Long may it last.
If you do a search on old threads for them you will find they are very highly regarded, and yes, Glen is a top bloke. Very helpful and knowledgable, and always ready to help.
They are one of the reasons I haven't been lured to the rampaging bull side of life. I have yet to hear of a comparable service experience with Lambo. Not within reasonable distance of me anyway.

I agree. I had a 355 and a Bentley Continental serviced last week by Lancasters and Glen was very helpful. The Ferrari service came out cheaper than he quoted and the Bentley came back with more fuel in it than when I gave to them hehe

I had the 3200GT in at Lancasters a couple of months ago for service, cambelt and new discs and pads up front, all in, with their discount for cars over 5 years old came to a not too scarey £1500, and the free bottle of Selenia oil in the boot was a nice find
