bodywork repairs/touch up

does anybody know/had personal experience of any good bodywork/paint touch up places in west london/surrey area?

had a hit and run at car park near school (chelsea tractor + footballers/bankers wife) and left a scratch/mark under front passenger light.

got a quote from a ferrari/maserati dealer and quote given is £1240 + vat!

car is a maserarti spyder in nero metallic, quote was based on doing the corner/bumper/wings!

can anybody help me out in finding anywhere else?

(p.s. re going thru insurance, my excess is about £500 so I figured that if I can get it done for this much privately I can save on no claims etc...)

Give the ferrari centre a call, ask for Roger. When I got excited in a car park in my 355 they sorted it out very well(and I'm very fussy!).

A friend of mine has a body shop and has done work on ferraris etc. in the past. He has also been working on a lot of Astons Martins recently.

PM me if you want his details. He is based outside of Henley-on-Thames so may be a bit far but he is very very good at what he does (hence the 4 week wait).
