I have my first track day booked with my F308 for this Friday. I know this topic has probabky been flogged to death in the past and I'm probably leaving a little late to ask, but is it worth getting?

I am on a tutored day so will have an instructor beside me most of the day, but it is lookng to be a little wet also.

What should I do and if the decision is to go with the insurance, can anybody recommend a company?

Have posted this in General Gassing too.
